Breathwork
The breathwork experiences focus on conscious breathing techniques and breathing meditations that allow you to be more effective in every day life. The average person breathes twenty one thousand times per day and if we are able to better understand how breathing affects us both consciously and subconsciously, we are able to make more sound choices, live healthier and release many limiting thoughts and beliefs There is medical research that has linked breathing to our emotions and Dr. Andrew Weil has said that improper breathing can be a cause of illness.
